Spirit means LIFE.
Spirit means STRENGTH.
Spirit means COURAGE.
Spirit means LOVE.
Spirit means PEACE.
Spirit means JOY.
Spirit ultimately means ENLIGHTENMENT.

To be in GOOD spirit.
To be in HIGH spirit.
To be IN spirit.
We are NOT without spirit.
We are nothing if not spirit.
We are but spirit.
It’s very simple, really.
If we didn’t have spirit, we didn’t have life. We wouldn’t be alive.
So, when we meet people who are depressed, anxious, in fear, feeling guilt or shame, they are far away from alignment with their spirit.
Spirit wants you to feel enlightened by spirit, peace, joy, love, purpose, acceptance of everything you are (which is love of self, ultimately).
Spirituality means to CONNECT with who we are and where we come from.
Spirituality means to follow the guidance of our soul.
Spirituality means to have faith in our own divinity and the divinity which is outside of us.
When we connect with soul/spirit, we are connecting to our home and purpose. We come to understand our life on such a deep level and in such a profound way.
Even in times, when we have to evolve, which means to go through passages of growing pains, or, as we spiritual people call it, The Dark Night of the Soul (a concept that derives from being out of alignment with our soul).
Whatever we have to do to connect is what we need to do. Whether it is meditation, silent retreats (away from everything that could steal our focus such as TV, phone, work and other people etc.)
To connect with soul and its enlightenment of our being, we have to seek the top of the vibration ladder, which is peace first and foremost.
What gives you peace?
Do that!
What provides you with a sense of calm?
Give that to yourself.
What removes your attention from peace, joy, love or purpose – Do much, much less of that!
Sometimes we need other people to guide us or present us with a direction that can support our growth and alignment with spirit. For that a spiritual guide, mentor, teacher or consultant might help. It did for me, while I was going through the process myself. You are always more than welcome to reach out to me, if you feel aligned with my work.
With love
