Have you ever experienced that deep sense of urgency in your personal life or career?
I have. And for a long time, I searched for ways to escape that feeling. I sought answers in banking, in studying, and even earned an MA in International Communication. But it wasn’t until I finally sat down and truly listened that I heard what I had always known deep inside: I was meant to help, guide, and support others spiritually. This calling had been right underneath my nose all along. I just had to listen.
My 2nd year in to get my MA in communication, I started my own business focused on spirituality. For a time, it felt like I had come home. However, the journey didn’t end there. Through my ascension and descension, I had to learn how to fully embody my entire being, my emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies, which led me to study anatomy, physiology, and health. Now, with all aspects of my being aligned, I am ready to step forward once more, as a guide to living a spiritual, embodied human and feminine life.
The Full Story
Shortly before my 5th birthday, while on vacation with my parents in Southern Germany, I had an experience that would change the course of my life. On a bright, sunny day, military planes were conducting a training exercise nearby, and their jets flew so low over the campground that the sound and proximity triggered a deep panic in me. I ran to the car, seeking refuge behind the driver’s seat on the floor, overwhelmed by the noise. After that day, I began to see, hear, feel, and know things that no one around me seemed to experience.
For years, I felt haunted by these “gifts” that I had received, I had no idea what to do with them or how to understand them. It wasn’t until I was 19 that I decided to seek guidance. I confided in a friend who introduced me to others with similar experiences, and through this newfound openness, I eventually met a clairvoyant woman who would change my path. When I asked her to help me shut down my abilities, she responded with, “To learn how to close off to it, you must first learn how to open.” So, I did.
Looking back, I realize I was fortunate. By embracing these gifts instead of rejecting them, I was able to relate to myself in a completely new way and ultimately learned to use them in service to others. These gifts were never just for me, they were meant to guide others as well. Since that moment of realization, I’ve practiced and honed my abilities, working with people from all over the world to support their spiritual awakening and development.
In 2015, I opened my worldwide spiritual business, House of Idems, with a focus on Soul Connections and spiritual teaching. As I’ve grown in my own life and spirituality, so has my business. That’s why today, I show up as myself, not under a business name, but as Elizabeth Walker — a whole woman, embracing every aspect of my being, ready to offer my truth to the world.
