Let’s Talk About What Spirituality Really Is

We need to have a conversation about what spirituality truly is. Not the sugar-coated version, but the real, gritty, soul-stretching kind. The one that requires courage, surrender, and constant inner reflection.

A woman recently asked me to speak more on this. She said others needed to hear it. And so, here I am. Truthfully, I hesitated. Not because I didn’t have thoughts on the topic, but because sharing this, risks awakening spiritual arrogance if I’m not careful. That’s something I guard against with vigilance. I’m here to serve, not to stand above.

The Journey Through the Dimensions

We are here to ascend, through the nine physically experienced dimensions. Along the way, we are tested, challenged, and stretched to our limits. Sometimes the pain feels unbearable, even preferable to death. But then… something shifts. A miracle occurs, or we receive divine insight. We expand in spiritual gifts. We meet someone who helps us rise again. And we keep going.

Eventually, we find ourselves out of The Matrix. The truth of “nothingness” hits us. We begin to understand polarity: no love without fear, no forgiveness without guilt. We finally see the grand design. And then…

The Crash After the Clarity

…Boom.

We descend. Fast and hard. Back into the very dimensions we thought we’d left behind. Face-first into the mud. It’s disorienting. Painful. And profoundly humbling.

But here’s the secret: this descent isn’t a failure. It’s a calling to embody what we’ve learned. To root our spiritual wisdom into the earth, into the human experience. Often, our lives shift drastically. New careers, homes, relationships, it all changes. Why? Because we have changed. And now, we’re asked to live in alignment with that transformation.

Embodiment: The Second Ascension

The first ascension is vertical. It’s about awareness and exploration. The second ascension is both vertical and horizontal. It's about embodiment. Living it. Breathing it. Becoming it.

But there’s a hurdle: the ego, particularly the spiritual ego. It tells us we’ve already done the work. That we’re enlightened enough. This is where many stall, blinded by spiritual pride, mistaking awareness for completion.

Until we are humbled...again.

And when we are, we begin to rise anew. This time, in the Divine Matrix. This time, with God. This time, we’re not just ascending, we are becoming. And it’s more expansive, more graceful, more grounded than ever before.

Welcome to New Earth

New Earth isn’t a place. It’s a state of embodied consciousness. From the 5th dimension onward, the journey becomes lighter, though not necessarily easier. Some are called to keep ascending. Others are called to ground the light here on Earth.

And here’s a beautiful truth: just before this second rise, many are gifted a partner. A soul companion to walk the path with. To share the burden and the blessing. The rise in the Divine Matrix is a rise in union.

Are You Stuck in a Dimension?

I’ve seen it often—especially with women. Getting stuck in an even-numbered dimension: the 4th, the 6th, sometimes even the 8th. If someone’s been in the same spiritual loop for years, not evolving, not shifting - that’s a sign. It may be their path. Or it may be a call to clear deep psychological or physical blocks.
